Ruslan from FAPVPS has contacted me and offered a VPS for testing.
VPS is running on KVM virtualization, so you can install any OS and kernel. I used a Centos-6 installation with 2.6.32 stock kernel. They offer Cloudmin control panel for VPS management.
Due to KVM virtualization, I am unable to tell what kind of hardware this is running on.
Good connectivity within North America as well as to Europe. Decent latency to Asia and Australia. Cachefly download speed averages at about 20 MB/s, which is good.
Disk performance is great with average write speeds around 230 MB/s.
